Müller-Thurgau

Available
From a single vineyard and late harvested (Späte Lese), immediately adding more ripeness and depth. 5 days of maceration gives it a little grip without losing its freshness.
Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel and then 14 months sur lie – you can taste it: more roundness, more texture. Lightly oxidative style, so don't expect a super crisp, fresh white, but one with more character. Of course, 0/0, so pure and natural.
