David Amling

10 wines

Pure natural wines from Franconia — full of life

From the Franconia region of Germany, Amling makes wines that are anything but tame. He works with local varieties and old grapes, often from a single vineyard or as a wild field blend, letting nature do as much of the work as possible.

His style? Pure, unpolished and always alive in the bottle. Think: spontaneous fermentations, zero additions (0/0), occasional skin contact and often a soft, natural sparkle. From easy-drinking refreshers to slightly more complex cuvées — but always with a playful edge.
