Silvaner

David Amling

€ 19

Grapes: Silvaner
Vintage: 2024
Country: Germany
Region: Franconia
Description

Silvaner from three vineyards, therefore immediately showing more depth. Partially direct press, partially 7 days of maceration – giving it that extra edge without losing its freshness.

Spontaneously fermented, partly in tonneau and partly in stainless steel, which results in a beautiful blend of crispness and roundness. Everything beautifully balanced, as it should be.

At 12.5%, it has enough body, but remains wonderfully drinkable.

Taste profile

Fresh white fruit (apple, pear), some citrus, light spice and a subtle grip from the skin contact. Dry, lively and with some texture.
