Regent and Pinot Noir, but across 3 vintages. Each matured separately and then brought together – a bit of a puzzle, but it all makes sense. A bit more serious in style, but still with that relaxed, natural vibe.
Matured in French barriques, which provides extra depth, soft tannins, and a beautifully rounded whole. Naturally 0/0, so pure nature.
Taste profile
Riper red fruit (cherry, plum), some spice, a light oak touch and a soft, elegant structure. All beautifully balanced.
