Description

A cider, but with a twist: apple, pear and quince, plus a splash of grape (Müller-Thurgau & Bacchus). All from traditional orchards, so pure and full of character.

Spontaneous re-fermentation in the bottle creates a lively, natural fizz. Undisgorged (0/0), so slightly cloudy and wonderfully unpolished – just as it should be.

With its 8.5% alcohol, this is truly a refreshing thirst-quencher.

Taste profile

Fresh apple and pear, some citrus, a lightly spicy and funky edge, and a dry, taut finish. Lovely acidity and a playful bubble.
