Depending on your country, your parcel is delivered by:

• Belgium — Bpost
• Netherlands — PostNL
• Germany & France — DPD

Not satisfied? Contact us within 14 days of receipt at gianni@glou.be and we’ll find a solution together.

Conditions

• The bottles are in their original condition
• You contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Return costs are borne by the buyer, unless the error is on our side

Damaged or incorrect delivery

Received a damaged bottle, or is something wrong with your order? Send us a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refund

After we receive and check the return, the amount is refunded within 14 working days via the original payment method.
