Pinot Blanc

Pinot Blanc, but not the tame version. 2 days of maceration give it a slight grip and more character, without losing its freshness.
Spontaneously fermented, partly in barrels and partly in stainless steel, and then 12 months on lees. This creates a beautiful balance between crisp and rounded, with some extra depth. Naturally 0/0, so pure and natural.
With its 12.5% alcohol, it is beautifully balanced.
In short:
A Pinot Blanc with a bit more character. Ideal if you're looking for a white wine that isn't boring.
