Blanc de Noir
€ 24
Available
A white wine made from black grapes. Cinsault, Grenache and Mourvèdre on clay-limestone, fermented and aged in barrel, bottled only after a year on the lees.
That ageing brings breadth without letting the oak speak. Very floral, elegant and refreshing, with a finesse you don't see coming from this kind of blend.
The 75 cl is the 2024 vintage, the 150 cl the 2023.

Winemaker
Thirteen hectares in the garrigue of the Pic Saint-Loup, organic since 2009 and farmed biodynamically. Laure Barthélémy and Sébastien Freychet vinify every parcel separately, on native yeasts and with nothing added — beyond a minimal dose of SO₂ when it's genuinely needed.
