The estate's flagship. Syrah and Grenache on clay-limestone and red clay, vatted together and gently macerated for ten days, then fourteen months in demi-muid and Alsatian foudre. Garrigue, eucalyptus and violet on the nose, over a fresh, juicy structure that keeps the wine light on the tongue all the same.

Thirteen hectares in the garrigue of the Pic Saint-Loup, organic since 2009 and farmed biodynamically. Laure Barthélémy and Sébastien Freychet vinify every parcel separately, on native yeasts and with nothing added — beyond a minimal dose of SO₂ when it's genuinely needed.
