A single walled parcel, ringed by tuffeau stone and dotted with fruit trees — old vines in a small closed ecosystem. Half the wine rests in 300 L barrels, half in sandstone amphora: the wood rounds the tannin, the clay keeps the fruit taut. Unfined, unfiltered, 10.4% alcohol. Serious Chinon without the weight.
