Chalk and gravel at Crouzilles, vines of 25 to 40 years, in organic conversion. Partially destemmed, macerated gently for about ten days, then six months in steel with zero oenological additions. Modern in cut, traditional in soul — and it finishes with the saline snap that only chalk gives. Ridiculous value at this price.
Producer: Honorie · Appellation: AOC Chinon (Crouzilles) · Grape: 100% Cabernet Franc · ABV: 14% · pH 3.5 · In organic conversion, no oenological additions
