Anjou Blanc
€ 16
100% Chenin from "Les Grès", a silty-clay parcel shot through with quartz. Raised in bare concrete tanks stripped with tartaric acid so the wine breathes gently — micro-oxygenation without a splinter of oak. The result is bright and vivid up front with real depth underneath. Vines in organic conversion since 2024.
Producer: Château de Brizé, for Honorie · Appellation: AOC Anjou Blanc · Grape: 100% Chenin Blanc · ABV: 12% · Terra Vitis, HVE, in organic conversion since 2024
