Bigarade

Available
Bigarade is a Chenin from Julien Rousselot in Anjou (Loire), with a twist: whole bunches macerate on their skins for ten days in tank, after which the wine is vinified and aged in tank. The result is a fresh skin-contact wine with more texture and grip, without ever feeling heavy. Organic, spontaneously fermented and at most a touch of sulphur at bottling.
