Janie

Janie is a 100% Chenin from Julien Rousselot in Anjou (Loire). Aged for one year in barrel and then 8 months in fiberglass tank — giving the wine structure, texture and roundness without making it heavy. Spontaneously fermented, unfiltered and with minimal sulfites. A refined natural white with the generous, juicy style that characterises Rousselot. At 11.5% alcohol, it stays beautifully balanced.
