La Belle Excuse Blanc is the white pet-nat from Julien Rousselot in Anjou (Loire) created with the typical loire grape Chenin. Spontaneously fermented in bottle for a natural bubble. Bright, fresh and with just a touch of roundness in the finish. Unfiltered, undisgorged and with minimal sulfites — pet-nat the way it should be.
