Country: France
Region: Loire Valley
Description

Louca is a red blend by Julien Rousselot from Anjou (Loire), made from Grolleau, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for one year in barrel followed by 8 months in fiberglass tank — for structure, finesse and a lovely roundness. Spontaneously fermented, unfiltered and with minimal sulfites. Supple, juicy and with enough character to hold its own at the table. 11.5% alcohol.
