Coteaux du Giennois Blanc
€ 17
The Loire's quiet Sauvignon country, upriver from Sancerre and a fraction of the price. Young vines on clay-silex over limestone at Bonny-sur-Loire, cold-settled for 36 hours and fermented cool to keep every aromatic. Aged on full lees with monthly stirring for texture. Tonic, clean and thirst-quenching.
Producer: Honorie · Appellation: AOC Coteaux du Giennois · Grape: 100% Sauvignon Blanc · ABV: 12% · Terra Vitis
