Grenache and Cinsault in equal parts, from the south-facing parcels of Mas Del Ranq on clay-limestone. Hand-picked into crates in early September, bled off at vatting and then slowly fermented on indigenous yeasts at low temperature.
Lovely aromatic finesse, generous and simply easy to drink.

Thirteen hectares in the garrigue of the Pic Saint-Loup, organic since 2009 and farmed biodynamically. Laure Barthélémy and Sébastien Freychet vinify every parcel separately, on native yeasts and with nothing added — beyond a minimal dose of SO₂ when it's genuinely needed.
