O stands for Orange. Destemmed Riesling from Pünderich ferments spontaneously on its skins for five months with twice-daily punch-downs, then ages on the lees in old Fuder casks until May 2025. Unfiltered, minimal sulphur.
Apple, dried herbs, baking spice and orange zest; nectarine and peach on the palate, round tannins, lively acidity and intense minerality. A very elegant orange wine that loves air.
