The estate's natural wine, from high-elevation grey-slate parcels in the Marienburg. Around 48 hours on the skins, spontaneous fermentation in old Fuder casks and ten months on the lees. Unfiltered, with just a touch of sulphur.
Yellow peach, white flowers, smoke and a touch of funk. Firm and structured, pure and airy, with a long, spicy finish. Mosel Fine Wines: 92 points.
